As Acertitude’s Chief Operations Officer, Suzanne leads the firm’s operating infrastructure at scale, aligning technology, data, and people systems to drive precision, performance, and growth. She oversees Technology & Data Services as well as Employee Relations & Experience, ensuring that the firm’s platforms, processes, and talent strategies operate as an integrated engine.
Most recently, Suzanne has driven digital transformation and operational scale across the firm, building and integrating a secure, forward-thinking technology stack while advancing process excellence across client, candidate, and employee experiences. Previously, Suzanne served for five years as Chief of Staff and Technology for Acertitude’s Consumer and Industrial practices, where she concurrently led technology initiatives and optimized project delivery to support sustained practice growth.
Before joining Acertitude, Suzanne was a Regional Director in Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting Group, where she led software implementation and change management initiatives across global, cross-functional teams. Based in New York, Shanghai, and Singapore, she managed regional project management teams and supported the integration of acquired businesses.
After trotting the globe, Suzanne’s role at Acertitude gives her the opportunity to put down roots close to family in Rhode Island. An avid outdoors woman, you will find her seeking out fresh air and sunshine when she’s not a work. She finds this is the best way to boost her energy, enjoying activities ranging from hiking and biking to beaching and boating.
