Shivani has an unusually adventurous spirit—her secret to thriving with life’s constant change, not to mention the dynamic world of executive search. With a background in research psychology and passion for discovery, she manages projects with that all-important solutions mindset. Exploring new places is, naturally, her favorite pastime. Shivani has driven cross-country to try different blends of coffee and explore overlooked restaurants. One of her lifelong goals is to visit each national park in the United States, and then take her travels abroad.

Shivani is a project manager in the Consumer and Industrial practices at Acertitude. Extremely client-centered and hands-on in her approach, she provides outstanding executive-level support on searches. Shivani’s daily responsibilities include prioritizing and handling communications, managing deliverables, organizing meetings, and aligning the team.
Shivani joins Acertitude from top management consulting firm Bain & Company. She worked as a revenue analyst in the finance department, promoted from her earlier role as administrative assistant. Shivani also has experience with market research, analysis, and administration in the food and beverage and education spaces. Shivani holds a M.S. in information systems from Northwestern University. She also has a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Davis, gaining extensive experience in research psychology during her time there.
Shivani lives in Seattle, Washington with her dog and twenty plants, one of which gained internet fame during the early days of quarantine. Shivani’s first job was working at an afterschool program for kids, a decision that was influenced by her relationship with her two younger sisters.
