Oliver is a partner with 15+ years of global executive search experience specializing in the professional services and financial services markets. He leads executive searches for partners within leading management consultancies and law firms, as well as corporate officers to help both listed and private equity-backed companies realise their ambitions for restructuring, growth, and digital transformation. Based between London and New York, he builds global talent pools working across both Europe and the U.S.
Within the professional services realm, his industry expertise spans financial services, healthcare & life sciences, and consumer & retail with a functional focus across value creation, digital & AI, and ERP. His extensive background in financial services recruitment extends across retail, commercial banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech. Prior to Acertitude, Oliver spent five years as a consultant in Russell Reynolds Associates’ Corporate Officers practice and was at a specialist financial services executive search firm beforehand. A qualified solicitor, he first launched his career as an associate at a U.S. law firm, based in the London office.
Oliver lives in London, though he frequently gets away to the countryside on weekends. He likes to stay active, with running, cycling, tennis, and the gym all on the rotation. On a Sunday afternoon you can find him visiting friends and family near and far. He also dedicates time to serve on the Board of KidsCount, a charity working to tackle the hard-hitting issues that affect young people today.
