Michele brings over 15 years of human resources and recruiting experience to her role as senior associate for our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. She provides critical support on our executive search engagements by applying razor sharp research skills to develop a highly qualified slate of candidates, unearth vital industry information, and spot emerging market trends.
Previously, Michele was research consultant at TEG Consulting, an Acertitude company, where she was actively involved in the development of research strategies and sourcing high quality pipelines of prospective candidates.
Michele began her career as a human resources generalist and moved to recruiting as her career progressed. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in the defense engineering and financial sectors for organizations such as SEACOR, Citibank, and Cendant.
On the weekends, you will always find Michele with her family. She is often on the sidelines of a hockey or field hockey game, but loves to escape to the shore for ocean air when she gets the chance.
