Lauren Boone is a Senior Associate in Acertitude's Consumer and Industrials Practices. In this role, she drives candidate identification and development efforts, focusing on placing Board, CEO, and C-level talent for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and corporate enterprises.
Bringing experience with another PE-focused executive search firm, Lauren has honed her candidate development, executive communications, and market research skills. Her ability to partner with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and private equity partners, has resulted in comprehensive market analyses and successful placements. Lauren's outstanding performance earned her recognition as "Associate of the Year" twice.
Lauren's academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from North Carolina State University, where she graduated Cum Laude.
