Katie is an associate in the Consumer and Industrial practices at Acertitude, where she supports executive searches across the C-level. Her role involves conducting targeted research, curating candidate pools, and performing market mapping to identify exceptional talent. Katie’s insights deliver significant value to private equity firms, PE-backed portfolio companies, and corporations, helping them uncover the transformative leaders who will drive their organizations forward.
Before joining Acertitude, Katie held the role of senior director of executive search at Blue Rock Search, where she was promoted from director. In this capacity, she managed full lifecycle recruitment within the global Human Resources function, developing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing top talent, conducting candidate screenings, and onboarding and training internal team members. Prior to that, Katie worked as a recruiter at M Force Staffing, specializing in the Government and Engineering sectors, where she focused on talent sourcing and pipeline development.
Katie calls Knoxville home. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with pottery, honing her golf skills, spending time with her three energetic dogs, and exploring local gems in the Smoky Mountains region.
