The Stage Manager
Kate is not afraid of following her passions—nor reluctant to discover new ones. A true theatre kid through high school and the College-Conservatory of Music, when it came time to launch her career, Kate set her sights on becoming a stage manager on Broadway. This further inspired her to work in communication and culture. She landed in the client services space—and, happily for our team, at Acertitude. Everywhere she goes, Kate is someone who manages to draws out the best ideas from anyone and anywhere.
You have to accept whatever comes, and the only important thing is that you meet it with the best you have to give. Eleanor Roosevelt
Kate is an associate at Acertitude and a member of the Consumer and Industrial practice. Originally joining the firm in our New York City office, she now collaborates with the US and EMEA teams to recruit highly qualified board, C-level, and senior executive talent from our London office.
Before coming to Acertitude, Kate served as an associate in the private equity client services practice at AlphaSights, where she connected clients to leading business professionals and industry experts. Kate also supported pre-deal services related to private equity deal origination, due diligence, and portfolio company strategy. She holds a B.A. in communications and culture from Fordham University.
Kate enjoys playing tennis, spending time with friends and family, and getting fresh flowers for her apartment. An animal lover and advocate, Kate proudly supports MSPCA-Angell, a non-profit leader in animal protection and veterinary medicine. She adopted her cat, Percy, along with her rabbit, Bert, from their shelter.
