Jennifer’s can-do attitude and impenetrable optimism are as gravitational as the Miami beaches she frequents. Brought up in a military family, Jennifer operates with a “no man left behind” mentality, swift to roll up her sleeves and even quicker to elevate those around her. Jennifer even volunteers her free time to brighten her community and support troops abroad by organizing donation drives through Soldiers' Angels.

Jennifer is a senior project manager and member of Acertitude’s Consumer and Industrial teams. Providing executive-level support on searches, she skillfully guides assignments from conception to completion. Managing deliverables, team communication, and coordinating meetings are all part of her daily duties. At each and every touchpoint of the client and candidate experience, Jennifer has one goal: maximum productivity.
Jennifer joins with over a decade of project management experience in executive search and higher education. Most recently, as a project manager at Korn Ferry, she managed the end-to-end project life cycle to achieve high performance and on time delivery. She also supported the Leveraging Military Leadership Program to help over 500 veterans transition to civilian careers.
Jennifer lives in Miami with her husband, two children, and rescue dogs Scarlett and Chewy. Together, they cherish every opportunity to relax and enjoy the white sandy beaches, sunny skies, and local shops that their staycation home has to offer. She has been known to share a well-curated list of travel recommendations, with the current favorite being the Morikami Japanese Gardens just outside the city.
