Leveraging her deep industry experience and focus on middle-market, PE-backed healthcare enterprises, she enables the firm to connect clients with exceptional healthcare leaders who align with the vision and values of investor groups, as well as drive value creation.
Her career in management consulting and executive search has been instrumental in assessing and addressing critical C-suite hiring needs. Her reputation as a healthcare expert is underscored by the successful completion of 300+ searches, highlighting her extensive network, client engagement skills, and talent identification capabilities. In addition, Heather is passionately committed to advocating for women in the private equity industry through education and widening the talent pool through healthcare leadership opportunities.
Drawing on almost 30 years of experience in executive search, consulting, finance, and operations, Heather brings a wealth of expertise to Acertitude, further complemented by her family’s background in the medical field. Throughout her career, Heather has held various senior leadership roles at boutique healthcare and technology executive search firms, servicing middle-market private equity firms, Fortune 500 enterprises, and emerging companies. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Heather resides in Dallas with her husband, two teenagers, and Goldendoodle. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys playing tennis, exploring the beach with her family for snorkeling adventures, cooking delicious meals, and pursuing her personal goal of visiting and hiking through as many national parks as possible.
