After years of competitive horseback riding, she recently started learning polo, blending her love for horses with her passion for personal growth. Whether she’s managing healthcare searches or perfecting her polo technique, Hanna-Lisa approaches every endeavor with intention and grace. Outside of the office and stables, she enjoys traveling and spending time in Dallas with her husband and their German Shorthaired Pointer.

Hanna-Lisa Starr is a Project Manager in Acertitude’s Healthcare Practice. In this role, she supports the delivery team by accelerating the pace of execution, upholding quality standards, and ensuring highly responsive communication.
Hanna-Lisa was previously Chief of Staff at Calibrate, a metabolic health company, where she worked closely with the leadership team on strategy development and played a key role in driving the firm’s Series C fundraising. Prior to that, she worked at two of New York’s leading hedge funds—Point72 and Citadel Global Equities. At Point72, she spent three years as part of the highly acclaimed TMT team, regularly recognized as one of the best in the industry. She then joined Citadel, where she worked directly with the Chief Investment Officer, contributing to the restructuring of the business.
Hanna-Lisa lives in Dallas, Texas. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is passionate about running, having completed the New York City Marathon, and traveling, with memorable journeys to Europe and Africa. An equestrian at heart, she enjoys spending weekends riding horses and playing polo with her husband, an avid polo player.
