Emily's unbelievable work ethic has stood out throughout her life, earning her the title “most likely to be successful” in fifth grade. Growing up in a small town in Ohio with a population of 1,000, Emily values a close community. While a student at Marietta College, Emily served as a Spanish tutor, as well as an organization and study skills mentor; experiences that were a product of her proclivity for helping others realize their potential. She exhibits a team-player mentality and values leadership that promotes working together.

Emily serves as an associate in the Consumer and Industrial practices at Acertitude. She supports executive searches across the C-level––completing targeted research, curating candidate pools, and conducting market mapping. Her insights bring value to private equity firms, PE-backed portfolio companies, and corporates, helping unearth the leaders needed to define and power their organizations forward.
Emily brings experience with an industrial, construction, and oil field supply company, where she was responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns. She has also honed her research and digital marketing expertise through internships abroad in Spain. In these roles, she produced content for the website through extensive research, supported a rebrand, and consulted on the business strategy. Emily graduated from Marietta College with a B.A. in international leadership and marketing.
When she is not working, Emily stays meaningfully involved with nonprofit and volunteer work. She also enjoys listening to music, practicing embroidery, and taking in the atmosphere of a quiet coffee shop. She credits her fifteen-year dancing career for her persistence and leadership skills.
