The Pathfinder
Danielle believes in “working smarter, not harder.” This is evident in her talent for curating processes and solutions that positively impact our team, projects, and ways of working. It is her mission to keep everyone in lockstep and working towards the same goal, quickly turning around deliverables and communications. Personally, she also forges her own path. Whether it’s finding ways to help others — human or animal — through Ohio Rottweiler Rescue, or finding some adrenaline with rock climbing or rock concerts.
It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation. Herman Melville
As chief of staff and administration, Danielle serves as the right hand to Kevin O’Neill, co-founder and managing partner, and supports the Consumer and Industrial practices, which O’Neill leads. She leans on her project management and communication skills to optimize operations and keep stakeholders collaborating and achieving successful outcomes on executive search and leadership consulting projects. Danielle was promoted into this role after serving as director of staff and administration for Acertitude’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
Danielle brings over 15 years of experience in project management and executive administration. Prior to joining Acertitude, she spent seven years with a legal administration firm, serving as project manager for a $10 billion settlement and other securities and class action settlements. She began her career in higher education as an executive assistant at the Ohio Board of Regents.
When she’s not streamlining workflows and complex calendars, Danielle enjoys exploring Manhattan’s vibrant arts and culture scene, spending much of her time attending ballet performances, watching plays, and discovering museums. An animal lover, she has had many a pet, including Rottweiler dogs, cats, and even a python.
