Dan grinds away at work, and what we love about him is that he does it with an upbeat attitude, genuinely enthusiastic about tackling and solving challenges. This mindset combined with his collaborative style and ability to outwork almost anyone make him killer at his job. While we’re at it, we should also mention that he’s killer at being a dad. He tells us things are never dull with three energetic kiddos. Work- or home-front, Dan has an uncanny ability to stay positive and collected. The trick: getting up early to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or squeezing in a long bike ride.

Dan is a principal with nearly 10 years of experience recruiting board members and executives for private equity-backed companies and investors. At Acertitude, he connects clients with brilliant leaders, applying his full resolve and subject matter expertise to deliver great results and a great experience.
Before joining Acertitude, Dan spent over three years in Korn Ferry’s Private Equity and Healthcare practices. There, he conducted similar searches for BODs, CEOs, and C-level executives, investment professionals, and operating partners. Previously, he spent nearly five years in roles of increasing responsibility with a private-equity-focused boutique search firm.
Dan and his family live in Los Angeles and enjoy spending days at the beach on some of the country’s best coastlines. He also has a heart for the mountains, having grown up south of Lake Tahoe skiing Kirkwood in the winters. To this day, he’d entertain a career as a ski bum given the right circumstances.
