The Melodist
Connor knows harmony, having jammed on his acoustic guitar for more than 10 years. For him, nothing beats the fun of figuring out which chords seem to be perfectly made for each other. That also applies to bringing client and candidate interests into accord on a search, where he enthusiastically tunes into each candidate’s story and qualifications. While we can’t reveal his favorite candidates, we can share his favorite tune, Broadripple is Burning by Margot and the Nuclear So-So’s, and the fan favorite, Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker.
Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile. Albert Einstein
As a senior associate in the Technology practice, Connor helps execute searches for board-members, chief executive officers, and c-suite officers at private equity-backed, private, and public technology enterprises. Primarily focused on candidate identification, he delivers valuable insights into “A-Players” and the competitive technology landscape.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Connor was a senior research associate at executive search firm Diversified Search, supporting searches across the Technology, Financial Services, and Nonprofit practices. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Outside work, Connor enjoys adventuring the Philadelphia area. He never seems to run out of reasons to get out of the house, discovering new restaurants, finding places to throw a football, or strolling the Ben Franklin bridge. Weather not permitting, he blesses his neighbors with the sweet sound of his guitar and likes trying out new recipes, of course with the support of his feline sous-chefs Nash, Bean, and Orion.
