Anny is a principal, knowledge and advisory in the Technology and Private Equity practices at Acertitude, bringing over a decade of executive search, consulting, and investment expertise. She plays a key role in business development, knowledge management, and execution. Her work involves analyzing and developing market intelligence and private equity insights that heighten client satisfaction. She also delivers on strategic initiatives that propel efficiencies and growth for the Technology practice.
Before joining Acertitude, Anny co-launched a cryptocurrency-focused investment fund and participated in a series of private investments. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she was a principal at a national executive search firm. Here, she served as a partner to clients on BOD, CEO, and C-level searches and as a trusted advisor to leadership on business development, internal leadership recruitment, and acquisition efforts.
Anny holds two master’s degrees—one in education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and another in business administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor of arts degree from Carleton College.
