Ana is an analyst in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice at Acertitude, where she delivers valuable insights to support leading investors and PE-backed companies in building high-performing executive teams and boards. Her key responsibilities include curating talent pools for active searches and performing proactive market mapping to identify top-tier leadership talent.
Before joining Acertitude, Ana served as a research associate at Kingsley Gate Partners, supporting the Professional Services, Technology, and Healthcare teams on a global scale. Prior to that, she held a research role at CTPartners, collaborating on executive search projects across diverse functions and verticals for clients worldwide. In both roles, Ana leveraged various research methodologies and competitive market analysis to develop sourcing strategies, identify top talent, and deliver comprehensive market intelligence as a consultative partner to her teams.
Ana resides in Cleveland. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and two sons, crafting, hosting get togethers, and practicing a combination of Barre, Pilates, and yoga.
