New senior operations executive takes charge of operations function as Engage2Excel Group enters next phase of growth

NEW YORK (Jan. 29, 2019) — Acertitude, the executive search firm unleashing human potential, has recruited Larry Brown as senior vice president and head of operations for Engage2Excel Group, a leading provider of consumer loyalty and employee engagement solutions in the HR industry. Engage2Excel Group is sponsored by private investment firm Comvest Partners, which acquired the company in March 2018.

As head of operations, Brown joins the firm’s senior leadership team as Engage2Excel Group continues to grow and build upon its strong position in the employee engagement space in partnership with Comvest. With leadership for supply chain, logistics, and operations, he will streamline processes across the organization to continue delivering measurable results for customers, which include Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses.

According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report, as many as 85 percent of employees are not engaged or actively disengaged at work, resulting in a $7 trillion productivity loss globally. Brown was previously head of operations for multi-channel direct-to-consumer marketer Ecklers Inc. There, he ran day-to-day operations and served as a partner to the CEO in setting corporate strategy. His prior role was vice president of operations for an automotive tool and equipment wholesaler and distributor. He began his career with General Motors, promoted through the ranks from assembly line worker to project lead and supervisor.

The operations search was completed in 78 days and led by Acertitude Managing Partner Kevin O’Neill and Partner Geoff Votta.
