NEW YORK (March 23, 2023) – Acertitude, the global executive search firm and leadership consultancy dedicated to unleashing human potential, is excited to announce three team members who are joining its first class of new partners for the year: James Kenyon, Jessica Tvelia, and Geoff Votta.

James Kenyon

James joined Acertitude in August 2020 as one of the founding members of the London team, helping to solidify the firm’s commitment to expand across EMEA. He’s played an integral role in building that office over the last 2.5 years as a leader within the team and commercial consultant. James has bolstered relationships with clients across the Private Equity and Technology sectors, two areas in which he has extensive expertise and networks.

Jessica Tvelia

Jessica joined Acertitude’s Technology team in December 2018 and has since emerged as a leader for clients and colleagues alike. In this elevated role, she will continue to grow the practice, executing on noteworthy searches for private equity firms, professional services firms, and SaaS enterprises, including EdTech, FinTech, and data analytics players.

Geoff has been with Acertitude since its founding days, helping to launch the brand and cement its promise to deliver better outcomes and service. As partner, he will continue to play an integral role in growing the firm’s Industrial practice, particularly within the private equity arena and for companies driving business transformations.
