Sunrise Senior Living is a multi-billion-dollar PE-backed company and one of the largest senior assisted living operators with 275+ communities. With Jack R. Callison, Jr. as its new CEO, Sunrise found itself in mega-growth and with a vision to transform the retirement industry by appealing to the elderly with highly personalized, hospitality experience. Acertitude was brought in to assemble the team to execute against the vision.
