Client associate – You will work closely with one or more partners for the express purpose of quickly absorbing the basic skills and techniques required of an executive search and talent solutions consultant. This role is an excellent fit for individuals with 0 to 2 years’ experience in the executive search industry and 2 to 5 years of industry or functional experience consistent with Acertitude specialty practice areas.
Principal – As a principal, you are responsible for ensuring exceptional execution across all phases of the executive search process. Most Principals have been promoted from the client associate role, or have learned the fundamentals of executive search after 5+ years’ experience in an industry that is consistent with Acertitude specialty practices. Successful performance in the principal role results in your securing repeat engagements, and generally begins your transition into business development responsibilities. If you are an accomplished and highly regarded executor of retained executive search, but do not desire business development responsibilities, we offer opportunities for you to lead the execution of exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Partner/Senior partner – Our partners are senior leaders and ambassadors who live our firm’s values. They achieve extraordinary quality standards, and are recognized as thought leaders in the industries where they work. As a partner, you provide leadership and development to team members at all levels. You lead business development and long-term client relationships, and you engage in responsibilities that enhance the professionalism, profitability and brand value of our firm. Successful performance in this role results from your substantial personal investment in our firm, and evolves to greater management responsibilities including the opportunity to lead one or more aspects of our firm’s operation.
Internet research analyst – An expert in internet sources of information, you provide industry and functional intelligence, deliver targeted company and people identification, and contribute to the build out of a deep knowledge base to support Acertitude business objectives.
Database specialist – The database specialist provides expertise and daily oversight of project and applicant tracking systems. You also manage responses to inquiries related to new business and search engagements.
Data quality specialist – The data quality specialist establishes data quality standards across company, assignment and candidate databases. You monitor the quality of daily data entry and collaborate with appropriate personnel to improve consistency and quality. You are also responsible for measuring and ensuring the on-going quality of company data.
Research + prospect development
Research associate – In the research associate role, you are actively involved in the development of search strategies, and responsible for developing a highly qualified slate of prospects to meet or exceed the candidate specification for assigned search engagements. You prepare progress reports and participate in client progress meetings. This role supports the senior research associate and consulting team, and typically requires 3+ years of executive search research experience.
Senior research associate – As the senior research associate, you oversee all research associate activities. You are responsible for the independent execution of portions of a search engagement at the discretion of the consultant team. You are required to bring 5+ years’ experience to the role, and meet higher productivity expectations by completing more search engagements per year than a research associate.
Project manager – The project manager role is well-suited for a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills who is comfortable with detail and capable of coordinating a diverse group of team members. You will plan and coordinate the execution of all parts of an executive search to ensure the achievement of time and contact commitments to a wide range of stakeholders.
