None of us is as smart as all of us.
Suzanne’s life story is one of bringing out the best in others. She genuinely enjoys helping people and strives to add value in her relationships, personal and professional. We like to think of her as someone who is conducting the music. Proficient with each aspect of our work and the technology to support it, Suzanne has a unique ability to harness our team’s talents and align them to a common goal, creating something greater than the sum of our parts.
As senior director operations, process and technology, Ms. Hebert establishes operations and technology standards across our company. She is responsible for implementing processes, equipping our team with resources and support, and optimizing our workflow to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
To her role, Suzanne brings the experience of building partnerships across functional areas and geographical regions; leading change management efforts; creating and adapting processes to streamline execution and maximize successful implementation; innovative problem solving; contributing to the design/implementation of new software systems to support business goals; building and implementing customized talent development solutions; and coaching and managing performance.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Ms. Hebert was regional director in Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting Group. She worked abroad in China and Singapore where she managed a team of functional project managers across Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Shanghai. While in the role, she identified talent, process, and employee engagement needs and built plans to address gaps while upholding client satisfaction.
Most recently, Suzanne managed Korn Ferry’s Project Management Team in the Southeast U.S., was an integral part of the team focused on integrating recently acquired companies, and served as global tech liaison for one of the company’s most prominent information systems. Earlier in her career, Suzanne held operations roles with PDI Ninth House in Washington DC and New York City, before the company was acquired and integrated into Korn Ferry.
After trotting the globe, Suzanne’s role at Acertitude gives her the opportunity to put down roots close to home and family in Rhode Island. An avid outdoors woman, you will find her seeking out fresh air and sunshine when she’s not a work. She finds this is the best way to boost her energy or clear her head, and enjoys activities ranging from hiking, camping, biking, beaching and boating.
