As a senior partner, Scott brings more than 20-years’ experience in sales, management, and executive search. He leverages considerable functional and industry expertise to execute quickly on key assignments and brings a proven track record, spanning several industry verticals and functional areas. He has completed leadership assignments including president, COO, partner, practice leaders, service and business unit executives as well as executive sales and marketing roles. Scott specializes in professional services spanning consulting, outsourcing, IT services, digital transformation and enterprise software.
Previously, Scott was partner at Technology Executive Group (TEG) where he led the firm’s professional services and technology practices. He is credited with helping the firm achieve exceptional growth since 1998. Prior to TEG, Scott held a variety of sales and national account positions at AT&T, where his accomplishments garnered him several honors and awards, including membership in the company’s leadership council for the top 2% in sales.
Scott lives with his wife and their two daughters in Southern New Jersey. When he isn’t working to gain a deeper perspective of his clients’ businesses and cultures, you are likely to find him at the beach with his family or enjoying a day on the golf course.
