Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.
An executive recruiter by day and a writer of literary fiction by night, Jude is well versed in the art of character development. A passionate and skilled communicator, she explores human behavior to match candidates and our clients’ organizations to their highest mutual benefit. The foundation of Jude’s success is that she connects with candidates, sources, and clients as human beings. Genuinely engaged in her work, she explores the aspects of what makes each person tick. What drives them? What are their strengths and vulnerabilities? How do they overcome challenges? Not to mention, Jude makes it a point to get back to everybody! These are only a few facets of her character. She won first prize in a short story contest in 2014 and is currently working on a novel.

When she’s not at work, Jude’s interests range from writing her latest novel, running half marathons, travelling the world, immersing herself in great literature, feasting on inspired cuisine and imbibing fine wine, applauding pirouettes, and cuddling her Cavapoo Claude.
