Cormick’s inclination is to make a meaningful difference. A former enlisted Marine who has run for federal office; it is hard to question Cormick’s commitment to the greater good or his understanding of what it means to put everything on the line. Cormick has been financially independent since he was a teenager, earning his Bachelor’s degree through the GI bill and work. His can-do attitude enables him to positively impact our clients’ businesses and candidates’ lives. Around the office, he is best known for lightening our environment with his exceptionally dry wit.
As client associate, Cormick contributes to all phases of the executive recruitment process. He develops and maintains strong client relationships by deeply examining our clients’ business issues, considering dynamics that have not been highlighted to ensure comprehensive talent solutions. He is committed to consistency in his project delivery and communications, and is often distinguished for his proofreading skills around the office.
In his last role, Cormick was associate client services manager at O’Neill Consulting Group, where he was responsible for safeguarding the firm’s client relationships throughout the execution of strategic search engagements. Before that, Cormick was a candidate for U.S. Congress in Rhode Island’s 1st District and gained New York experience working in fund accounting at JP Morgan Chase. Cormick began his career as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed to Iraq in support of the global War on Terror.
Outside of work, Cormick likes to hit the gym or get out for a good run. A native Rhode Islander, he enjoys spending time at the local beaches. Cormick is dedicated to veterans’ causes, bringing the issues they face to a wider audience.
