Don’t wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect.
In Australia, “battler” is a term of respect and endearment that refers to someone who perseveres in the face of adversity. This colloquialism is fitting for Angela, especially because Australia holds a special place in her heart. From calling, calling, calling, to find the ideal candidate to engaging deeply with executives to understand where they will truly thrive, Angela epitomizes tackling challenges – small and large, personal and professional – with tenacity and compassion. It is no surprise that when Angela traveled Down Under, she visited two volcanoes, flying over one of them by helicopter. She says she’d love to do it all again.
Angela brings 8 years’ experience to her role as senior research associate. She provides essential support on our executive search engagements, applying remarkable listening skills to identify candidates whose aspirations offer a strong fit with our clients’ cultures.

Angela began her career as an examiner for NYSE, where she audited financial institutions and was responsible for exposing issues and problems. In this capacity, she interacted with boardroom leaders at some of the world’s largest broker dealers. She also had the opportunity to work in London.
Angela is deeply committed to her family. When she isn’t on the sidelines of her girls’ sporting events, she enjoys a range of activities from paddle boarding, spin classes, boating and reading. True to form, Angela skis black diamonds on winter weekends.
